01Who we are

Edge is operated by EveryThey Co. Ltd., a limited partnership registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines, with its principal office at 18G The Address Condominium, Wack Wack Road, Wack-wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila 1555, Philippines. 02What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
• Career profile — your questionnaire answers, goals, and any CV or documents you upload, paste, or link.
• Generated content — the career plans, checklists, and outputs Edge creates for you.
• Payment data — handled by our reseller Paddle. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Usage data — which Edge features you use, and the browser and network address a request came from.

03How we use your data

We use your data to provide and personalise Edge, generate your plan using AI, save and restore your results, send you transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, plan links), process payments, keep the service secure, improve Edge, and comply with the law.

Under the UK GDPR, our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you, your consent (for example, analytics or marketing), and our legitimate interests in running and improving Edge.

04AI processing

To create your plan, the information you provide — your questionnaire answers and any CV text — is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) through its API and processed to generate your results. We use this input to produce your plan and run the service. We do not sell it.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Edge, each under contract:

• Amazon Web Services — hosting, the database, and encrypted backups (Singapore region)
• Anthropic — AI plan generation
• Resend — transactional email
• Paddle — payments, and Merchant of Record for purchases
• Referral & affiliate partners — for course and job recommendations (where applicable)

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

06International transfers

Because our providers operate globally, your data may be processed outside your country (for example, in Singapore, the EU, or the US). Where we transfer UK/EU data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

07How long we keep it

We keep your account and plan data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.

08Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@edge-tech.app and we’ll respond.

You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (Philippines) or, if you’re in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

09Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

10Children

Edge is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use it. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, let you know.
