Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Edge at edge-tech.app, operated by EveryThey Co. Ltd. (“Edge”, “we”, “us”). By using Edge or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

01Who can use Edge

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Please provide accurate information and keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account.

02What Edge does

Edge is an AI-assisted career platform. You answer a questionnaire and Edge generates a personalised read of your situation, possible paths (including ones you may not have considered), and a step-by-step plan — plus tools such as a checklist, CV tools, and coaching content. Edge gives you guidance and information to help you decide and act.

03Not a guarantee of results

Important. Edge provides information and guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. We do not promise any job, promotion, salary, admission, or specific result. Edge is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or accredited career-counselling advice. Decisions you make based on Edge are your own.

04Accounts and free access

You can start for free. Some features require a paid subscription (Edge Pro). We may change what’s included in the free and paid tiers over time.

05Payments, subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Our reseller. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, billing, and related customer enquiries, and Paddle’s buyer terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
Prices are shown at checkout in your currency; applicable taxes may be added.
You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your current paid period.

06Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Email hello@edge-tech.app within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. After that window, payments are non-refundable: cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period (no partial-month refunds). Refunds are processed through Paddle.

07Promotional codes

Any discount codes are percentage-based, may be time-limited or capped, can’t be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

08Referral & affiliate links

Disclosure. Edge may include links to third-party courses, tools, and job listings. Some are affiliate or referral links, which means we may earn a commission or fee if you sign up or purchase through them — at no extra cost to you. We choose what we recommend on merit; earning a commission does not change our recommendations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.

09Your content

You keep ownership of the information and files you provide. You grant us a licence to store and process that content in order to run the service and generate your plan. Please don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share.

10Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse Edge. That means no illegal use, no attempts to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, no uploading harmful or unlawful content, and no reselling the service without our permission.

11Our intellectual property

Edge, its content, and its software are owned by EveryThey Co. Ltd. and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Edge for its intended purpose.

12Third-party services

Edge relies on and links to third parties (for example, payment, analytics, courses, and job listings). We’re not responsible for their content, availability, or actions.

13Disclaimers & liability

Edge is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EveryThey Co. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

14Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. You can stop using Edge and close your account at any time.

15Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the current version lives here with its date. If you keep using Edge after a change, that means you accept the updated Terms.

16Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the courts of the Philippines — without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
